Soda Springs Vacation Rental

Soda Springs Vacation Rental is located in Soda Springs, Idaho. This vacation rental provides a comfortable place to relax when traveling to eastern Idaho. It is located 20 minutes east of Lava Hot Springs and within short driving distance to Monsanto and Agrium.

This “Home Away from Home” is 3,700 square feet and may be rented as either:

1. 1 bedroom and 1½ baths all on one level (1,800 sq feet);
2. 2 bedrooms and 2½ baths all on one level (2,100 sq feet);
3. 3, 4, or 5 bedrooms and 3½ bath 3,700 sq feet.

The home is located on a quiet street away from railroad tracks and busy streets.

When you rent this home, there are no other tenants in the home.  This is not a boarding house.  Each renter is provided with a unique electronic code and depending on the number of rooms rented, parts of the home or rooms within the home may not be accessible with that code.  Regardless of the number of rooms rented, the great room (kitchen, dining room, and family), master suite, two car garage, and laundry/mudroom are always included.

When renting 1 bedroom 1½ baths or 2 bedrooms and 2½ bath unit, the home’s features include:

• The Great Room is open to the family room, kitchen, and dining area, and family room. It is a cozy place to relax, with leather sofas, a flatscreen TV, and a gas fireplace.
• Master Suite includes a spacious bedroom with queen size bed.  Master bath has heated tiles, air-jetted tub, private toilet area, double vanity and tiled shower with dual shower heads. Master suite has a walk-in closet.
• The Kitchen is large and spacious and includes all stainless steel appliances, has two convection ovens, a microwave, two sinks, quartz counter tops, filtered drinking water faucet, refrigerator, and is fully stocked with pans, utensils, dishes, flatware and linens.
• A/C: The air conditioning system keeps the house cool during the hot summer months.
• Garage: The two car garage is convenient for keeping your car at a moderate temperature during the hot days of summer and eliminates having to scrape snow and ice during the chilly winters.

When renting 3, 4, or 5 bedrooms and 3½ baths unit, the home’s features include:

• Three additional bedrooms: These bedrooms are located in the basement with large windows.
• Third Bathroom: This is a full bathroom with tub/shower and a vanity in the bathroom and a second vanity outside of the bathroom. This allows for people to be at one vanity while someone is in the restroom. The tiles in the bathroom and in front of both vanities are heated.
• Second Family: Family room with HDTV.
